    Answer:
1.     Because the sociolinguistic is study about relationship between society or social and language and examine how people use language in different social groups. Because sociolinguistics is study about relationship between language and society.And every society have different dialect and accent depent on geography.Use language in different social contexts provides a wealth of information about the way language works, as well as about the social relationships in a community. (Rumintang)

2.     Sociology of language : the effect of language usage on the social enviroment example slang language
     Sociolinguistic : social language in daily life the example formal language
    Sociology of language its main focus on language effect on society and sociolinguistic its main focus on society language. (shela shafira)

3.     An accent depends mostly on pronunciation of specific word or pharess. An accent is the manner in wich different pronounce from each and other. And dialect is a variation in the language itself and not only in pronounciatio. Dialect is atype of language that is derived from primary language. That is like a egg the egg white part is accent and the yolk part is the dialect.
    Accent : Language that influenced by Geography
    Dialect : The language that can look from Politeness and formal (Tm.Ridhani)

    Dialect : The rime that use in language with small coverage ( Dela Syahfitri)

Conclucion
     Sosiolinguistic is the study of the relationship between language and society, sociolinguistic is concerned with the relationship between language and the context in wich it used. In the sociolinguistic have concept that are speech community, high/ Low prestige varieties, social network, i-language and e-language. In the sociolinguistic also have the importan concept that are standard language, non standard language, accent, dialect, jargon, and slank.
Subfields and Branches of Sociolinguistics that are Anthropological Linguistics, Dialectology, Discourse Analysis, Ethnography Of Speaking, Geolinguistics, Language Contact Studies, Secular Linguistics, The Social Psychology Of Language And The Sociology Of Language

  Languages in contact (contact linguistics) Language contact occurs when two or more languages or varieties interact. The study of language contact is called Contact Linguistics, forms of influence of one language on another:
1.     Borrowing of  Vocabulary : The most common way that languages influence each other is by exchange of words.
2.     Adoption of Other Language Features: The influence can go deeper, extending to the exchange of even basic characteristics of a language such as morphology and grammar.
3.     Language Shift : The result of the contact of two languages can be the replacement of one by the other (superstratum over substratum).
4.     Stratal Influence : when people retain features of the substratum as they learn the new language and pass these features on to their children, leading to the development of a new variety.
